About the client
Idea2Create is a Swiss technology startup — a platform where users submit business ideas, refine them with AI assistance, and present them in a marketplace where other users can invest. The platform combines user-generated content, AI processing, and marketplace mechanics into a single product — requiring a technical foundation capable of supporting all three simultaneously at scale.
The challenge — architecting a complex platform before building it
Idea2Create arrived at DETAY Tech as a concept, not a codebase. The core challenge was architectural: defining how a platform of this complexity should be structured before any development began.

A multi-sided marketplace that combines AI processing, user management, content moderation, and financial transactions requires architectural decisions at the start that are very expensive to change later. Data models, API structure, service boundaries, scalability approach, and admin tooling all needed to be defined correctly before the first line of production code was written.

DETAY Tech defined the complete technical architecture of the Idea2Create platform — the system structure, data model, API design, service layer, and scalability plan. This was not a high-level diagram. It was a detailed technical blueprint covering every component of the system, how they interact, and how the architecture supports the platform’s growth from early users to large-scale traffic.

The architecture was designed specifically to handle the three core processes of the Idea2Create platform simultaneously: high-volume user content submission, AI processing of that content, and marketplace transactions between users — without any one process creating bottlenecks for the others.

Admin Dashboard — Angular + Python

The Idea2Create admin dashboard gives the operations team complete visibility and control over the entire platform. Built in Angular with a Python backend, the dashboard covers:

Every user account on the platform — registration details, activity history, status, and management controls. Administrators can review, approve, suspend, or remove users from a single interface.

Every idea submitted to the platform — content, AI processing status, moderation status, and marketplace listing status. The moderation workflow that determines which ideas appear in the marketplace runs entirely through the dashboard.

Every marketplace listing and investment transaction — giving the team full oversight of the commercial activity on the platform and the ability to intervene where required.

Platform analytics — aggregated data on user activity, idea submission volumes, marketplace performance, and system health — giving management the operational picture needed to make informed decisions.

Angular was chosen for the dashboard for its component architecture and performance with data-intensive interfaces — the dashboard handles large volumes of user, content, and transaction data that needed to be displayed and managed efficiently. Python on the backend provided the flexibility required for the complex data processing, business logic, and API design the platform demands.
