How does working with DETAY Tech actually start?
It starts with a free 30-minute discovery call. You tell us about your project, your goals, and your timeline. We listen, ask the right questions, and tell you honestly whether DETAY Tech is the right fit. If it is, we prepare a detailed proposal with a fixed scope, timeline, and price — which you review and approve before anything begins.

Do you work with clients outside of Kosovo?
Yes — the majority of our clients are international. We work with companies in Switzerland, Germany, the UK, the USA, and Kosovo. All project communication, documentation, and deliverables are in English. For Swiss and German clients, we also have local presence through our Head of Swiss Operations, Fisnik Salihu.

How do you handle client feedback and revisions?
Every project includes structured review points — design concepts, architecture plans, development milestones, and pre-launch testing. You approve each stage before we move forward. Revisions within the agreed scope are included. Changes that expand the scope are discussed transparently before any additional work begins.

Do you provide ongoing support after project delivery?
Yes. Post-launch support is not optional — it is part of every engagement. We offer ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and feature development through monthly retainer agreements or as-needed support. Most of our clients have been with us for more than a year after their first project launched.

Can I work with DETAY for only one service?
Yes. You can engage DETAY Tech for a single service — a website, a brand identity, or an AI integration — without committing to a broader partnership. Many of our longest-term clients started with one project. There is no minimum engagement requirement.
