At DETAY Tech, how we work is as important as what we build. Every project — whether a brand identity, a custom SaaS platform, an AI system, or an IoT product — follows the same structured delivery process. Before we begin any work, we agree on scope, timeline, and price in writing. You review and approve at every stage before we move forward — design concepts, architecture plans, development milestones, and pre-launch testing. Nothing goes live without your sign-off. This is not a formality — it is the reason our projects deliver what clients actually need, not what we assumed they needed at the start.
We work in sprints — short, focused development cycles with a client demo at the end of each one. Every two weeks you see real, working progress. Not a status report. Not a promise about what will be ready next month. Working software, working designs, working systems — reviewed together, refined together, approved together before the next sprint begins.
And when we launch, we stay. Post-launch support, monitoring, and continuous improvement are not optional extras at DETAY — they are part of every engagement.
