Durim Panxha is the technical brain behind DETAY Tech. As CTO, he is responsible for every architecture decision, technology stack selection, and engineering standard across all four divisions. His work spans software architecture, backend engineering, mobile development, AI system design, and IoT firmware — making him one of the most technically broad engineers in the team.
He leads:Â all technical decisions across DETAY Solutions and DETAY Lab, backend architecture, AI and ML system design, IoT and firmware engineering, and the technical onboarding of every new team member.
Durim has built production systems including HypoCloud AI (Swiss mortgage AI), AXON Services (IoT access control with custom PCB), Estimating AI (US construction), and DCORE (company management SaaS). Every system currently in production at DETAY has Durim’s technical architecture behind it.
