DETAY Tech follows a structured 6-phase process: discovery, architecture, development, testing, launch, and ongoing support.

At DETAY Tech, how we work is as important as what we build. Every project — whether a brand identity, a custom SaaS platform, an AI system, or an IoT product — follows the same structured delivery process. You are never left wondering what is happening, what comes next, or whether the project is on track.

Before we begin any work, we agree on scope, timeline, and price in writing. You review and approve at every stage before we move forward — design concepts, architecture plans, development milestones, and pre-launch testing. Nothing goes live without your sign-off. This is not a formality — it is the reason our projects deliver what clients actually need, not what we assumed they needed at the start.

We work in sprints — short, focused development cycles with a client demo at the end of each one. Every two weeks you see real, working progress. Not a status report. Not a promise about what will be ready next month. Working software, working designs, working systems — reviewed together, refined together, approved together before the next sprint begins.

And when we launch, we stay. Post-launch support, monitoring, and continuous improvement are not optional extras at DETAY — they are part of every engagement. Most of our clients have been working with us for more than a year after their first project went live. That is what a process built for long-term partnership looks like in practice.

The 6 phases of every DETAY Tech project

From the first call to long-term support — here is exactly what happens at every stage.

Duration: 1–2 weeks

Phase 01

Discovery & Requirements

We start by listening. Before writing a line of code or opening a design file, we invest time in understanding your business — your goals, your users, your current systems, and your competitive landscape. The output is a clear project brief that both sides agree on before anything begins.

Duration: 1–4 weeks depending on project scope

Phase 02

Architecture & Design

We design the solution before building it. For software projects: system architecture, database structure, and API design. For creative projects: brand concepts, wireframes, and UI prototypes. You review and approve everything before development starts — eliminating surprises at the end.

Duration: 4–24 weeks depending on project type

Phase 03

Development & Build

We build in sprints with regular client demos. Every two weeks you see real, working progress — not just status updates. Backend, frontend, AI models, firmware, or brand assets — everything is built in parallel by the relevant DETAY division specialists.

Duration: 1–3 weeks

Phase 04

Testing & Quality Assurance

Before anything goes live, it is tested thoroughly. Functional testing, performance testing, security review, cross-device compatibility, and user acceptance testing with your team. We do not launch until both sides are confident the system is production-ready.

Duration: 1–2 weeks

Phase 05

Launch & Deployment

We deploy to your infrastructure, handle the critical post-launch monitoring period, and resolve any issues that arise in the first weeks after go-live. You are not alone during launch — we are watching the system alongside you.

Duration: Ongoing — monthly retainer or as-needed

Phase 06

Support, Optimisation & Growth

Most DETAY clients are still working with us a year after their first project launched. We offer ongoing maintenance, performance monitoring, feature development, and continuous improvement. Post-launch is not the end — it is where long-term partnerships begin.
